Updating

So I got on the scale today after a while and I weighed in at 159; that's ten pounds I've lost since I started dieting. I can definitely see a difference when I put on certain t-shirts; that spare tire is deflating. ha ha It's very exciting to know that all of the calorie counting is paying off. Honestly though these last three weeks I haven't counted much since I've been kind of stressed out; I've just been making sure I am careful with what I snack on and how much I snack on. I've actually followed a pattern of what I'd eaten the weeks before so maybe I just started a schedule with out needing to count?

I've had a headache though for the past three weeks; I think I've decided it's stress related. So if this post doesn't make any sense I'm sorry.

Your post are your thoughts and yes they make sense.
Stress is a bad thing and it does weird things to peoples normal thought process and their body works.
When I get stressed...the last thing I want is to eat as my stomach is in a million knots.
Try to take a walk when you feel like you need to eat due to stress...it helps refresh the mind a lot.

AS long as you choose fruit or pretzels to snack on...you will be fine:)
